Good afternoon MCAL Members. With the COVID-19 situation as it is and because we still want to keep our group active, the MCAL Board made the decision to present our April General Members Meeting virtually. We will be using a web conference service called Webex. Instructions are included below. We look forward to meeting with you this Monday, April 27 @ 7pm. We will be opening the room at 6:45pm and would suggest arriving a few minutes early to work out any connection issues.

To join our meeting on Monday please use the following instructions:

On a web browser:

1. Goto http://www.webex.com

2. In the upper right-hand corner click Join

3. Enter 294 836 985 into the meeting information box.

4. Follow the instructions from there. It will install their software and connect you to the meeting.

On the smartphone app:

1. Download/Install the app from the App Store or Google Play. Search for Cisco Webex Meetings.

2. Open the App and click Join Meeting

3. Enter 294 836 985 into the meeting information box. Add your name and email address below. Click Join in the Upper Right

For the web browser, you will need a microphone for audio and speakers. Video is optional. It may also give you the option to call in for audio. You shouldn't need any special equipment for your smartphone, however, a pair of headphones with a mic might provide easier listening.

We look forward to seeing you Monday!
